In the early 1990s, He decided to start his own home remodeling business. He named it Temple Home Remodeling, and he set out to build a reputation for quality workmanship and customer service. 

For the first few years, business was slow. But he persevered, and eventually, word began to spread about the high-quality work he was doing. The business began to pick up, and he hired his first employee - his son. Together, they continued to grow the business, taking on more and more projects each year. 

As the business grew, so did Temple Home Remodeling. In 2001, His grandson joined the company as an apprentice carpenter. He worked alongside his father and grandfather for several years before eventually taking over as president of the company in 2010. Under hi's leadership, Temple Home Remodeling has continued to grow and thrive, becoming one of the most respected home remodeling companies.
